21st December, 2008.
16:00 GMT

Venue: Emirates Stadium

This Sunday's key battles;

Gael Clichy vs. Dirk Kuyt

Dirk Kuyt has been impressive this season, scoring five goals for his team. He also had been setting up a lot of goals for his team-mates. But on the other hand, Gael Clichy has been getting his top form back. Winning nine tackles out of seventeen tackles that he made. His attacking is also improving, the dribble rate has already pass the 50% mark and a goal on his name.

Cesc Fabregas vs. Steven Gerrard

This will be the main battle on Sunday. Two skippers will battle it out each other. Cesc Fabregas has been imperious since given the armband by Arsene Wenger in November. He assisted more compare to Steven Gerrard. Its four to two, respectively. But Cesc Fabregas couldnt find his scoring boots this season. Only scored one goal this season. Meanwhile, the Red's skipper, Steven Gerrard scored five more goals compare to the Gunner's skipper. He also won more tackle than Cesc Fabregas. So, this will be a tough battle between these two skippers.

Emmanuel Adebayor vs. Jamie Carragher

Emmanuel Adebayor is now on a superb form, scoring two games consecutively for his team adding seven goals already for his tally making him the top joint goal scorer along with Robin Van Persie for Arsenal this season. But Adebayor will face a difficult challenge this Sunday. He will be up against Jamie Carragher. The big strong, defensive player who won more tackles compare to his Liverpool's team-mates. But he also added his own goal tally with his blunder against Hull City at Anfield last timed-out.
